Sandra Reynolds Juniors is part of Sandra Reynolds, an independent, family-run model and talent agency established in 1975. With over 50 years’ experience, Sandra Reynolds is proud to be one of the longest-established commercial model agencies in the UK.

Our juniors division represents babies, children, teenagers, siblings and families for photographic campaigns, TV commercials, branded content and advertising projects across the UK. We work with brands, production companies, advertising agencies and casting teams to provide carefully selected junior talent for a wide range of commercial briefs.

The industry has changed significantly since Sandra Reynolds was founded. We have seen major shifts in advertising, casting, production, technology, digital content, social media and the way talent is booked and represented. As an agency, we continue to move with those changes, while staying true to the core values that have shaped Sandra Reynolds from the beginning: professionalism, clear communication, reliability and long-term relationships.

At SRJ, we only represent children and families we have worked with, met or taken the time to get to know properly. This is central to how we work. It allows our booking team to make informed suggestions, understand each child’s suitability for a brief and feel confident that the talent we put forward will be well prepared, professional and supported.

Working with children requires experience, care and clear processes. Our team works closely with clients, parents, carers, chaperones and licensing authorities to make sure bookings are handled properly, professionally and in line with the requirements for working with children in production.

We understand that the right suggestion is not just about appearance. It is also about age, experience, personality, confidence, availability, location, licensing requirements and how a child or family will work on set.
