Sandra Reynolds is a busy family-run model agency and production company which has been established since 1975, earning the reputation as one of the UK’s most highly respected commercial agencies.

With offices in both London and Norwich, our junior division represents a fantastic selection of children, teenagers and families for photographic campaigns and TV commercials throughout the UK and Europe.

We work with all junior models in-house, allowing us to see first-hand how they perform in front of the camera and how they respond to a working environment and crew. Maintaining a rigorous recruitment process ensures that each model we represent has a good commercial look and the right characteristics to work in the industry.

Our team go above-and-beyond to exceed expectations and give every client a memorable experience with us. The vast majority of our clients and models come to us through referral and recommendation as we are well-known for our friendly efficient service and competitive rates.

Do you have children?: Yes, Lily who is 10 and Molly who is 5. I also have 2 gorgeous stepsons Henry & Josh who are in their 20's and adored by their younger sisters.
Any pets?: a black labrador (Dora), 2 cats (Pebbles & Polly), 4 chickens (Sugar, Heather, Foxy & Snowy) and a guinea pig (Lola).
What did you want to be when you grew up?: A showjumper. From the age of 9 I had ponies and horses and would be with them every second possible. When I was in my early 20's I realised I wasn't good enough to make a proper long-term career out of it!
Where would you like to go on holiday?: I love to go skiing with my family. Molly is going to learn this year and will be able to join us. I would also love to go to the Maldives.
Why do you love your job?: I love people and working with them to realise their potential. It is great seeing a campaign on TV and billboards that we have worked hard to create and produce from scratch.

Maria Campbell-Green
Junior booker (joined 2004)

Why do you love working with children?: It’s really rewarding when one of our children has a lovely booking, we get great feedback from the client & the child has loved taking part. It makes it all worthwhile!
What is the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?: When I was about 5 years old, I got on a descending escalator only to turn around & realise my dad hadn’t got on it as well. I spent the next few minutes trying to climb up the escalator to reach him. I finally gave up & met him at the bottom!
Do you have children?: Yes - Noah who is 8 years old and loves football!
Any pets?: A rabbit called Crunchy.
What is the funniest thing a child has ever said to you?: Noah once said to me "I don’t want to grow up Mum because I don’t want to have to buy furniture".

Why do you love working with children?: I love seeing the enjoyment children get from going on a shoot, they all love being in front of the camera so it’s very satisfying to provide them with that opportunity! It’s also so lovely to see children blossom, gain confidence and life skills from working on shoots.
Do you have children?: I have a daughter called Lola who is 10, and a boy called Finn who is 7.
What do you like doing in your spare time?: I love hunting for vintage fabrics and homeware for my house that I’m renovating, and I’m a keen amateur photographer. Emma Keal

What is the funniest thing a child has ever said to you?: The other day Betty very excitedly told me that she'd seen a "hop cocker". She meant a woodpecker!!! That really made me laugh. And in the bath tonight when she wouldn't wash her face and I started to tell her I was getting fed up with her, she interrupted me and said "calm down, calm down mummy - I can't keep having this from you". You can tell it's been a trying week when she starts repeating my nags!
Why do you love your job?: I love my job because of the people I work with. The key to production is 100% organisation and teamwork, every member of crew all bringing a different skill to the shoot. I am a born organiser so this is my ideal job and am always so proud when you see the final results.
