Tessa Reynolds

Do you have children?: Yes, Lily who is 14 and Molly who is 8. I also have 2 gorgeous stepsons Henry & Josh who are in their 20's and adored by their younger sisters.
Any pets?: a black labrador (Dora), 2 cats (Pebbles & Polly), 4 chickens (Sugar, Heather, Foxy & Snowy) and a guinea pig (Lola).
What did you want to be when you grew up?: A showjumper. From the age of 9 I had ponies and horses and would be with them every second possible. When I was in my early 20's I realised I wasn't good enough to make a proper long-term career out of it!
Where would you like to go on holiday?: I love to go skiing with my family. I would also love to go to Costa Rica.
Why do you love your job?: I love people and working with them to realise their potential. It is great seeing a campaign on TV and billboards that we have worked hard to create and produce from scratch.

Jessica Tracey
Head Booker (joined 2011)

Do you have any pets?: I have two house bunnies called Queenie & Ernie.
What did you want to be when you grew up?: A vet!
Why do you love working with children?: Because it is so rewarding to see their confidence build with each booking they secure and watch them grow into lovely young adults.
What are your hobbies?: I really enjoy gardening and I have recently taken on an allotment in which I hope to grow lots of fruit and vegetables (probably for my bunnies!).
What is the funniest thing a child has ever said to you?: Having booked a little girl on a shoot in London, she ever so sweetly asked if she would get to meet the Queen when she went there.

Maria Campbell-Green
Booker (joined 2004)

Why do you love working with children?: It’s really rewarding when one of our children has a lovely booking, we get great feedback from the client & the child has loved taking part. It makes it all worthwhile!
What is the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?: When I was about 5 years old, I got on a descending escalator only to turn around & realise my dad hadn’t got on it as well. I spent the next few minutes trying to climb up the escalator to reach him. I finally gave up & met him at the bottom!
Do you have children?: Yes - Noah who is 12 years old and loves football!
Any pets?: A rabbit called Crunchy.
What is the funniest thing a child has ever said to you?: Noah once said to me "I don’t want to grow up Mum because I don’t want to have to buy furniture".
Where do you love to go on holiday?: The South of France.

Sarah Wilson
Booker (joined 2016)

Why do you love working with children?: I love learning about their characters and their endless energy. They also make me laugh as they say exactly what they see.
Do you have children?: Yes, two. Erin who is 8 (going on 16!) and Jude who is 4.
What is the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?: Once I went to a party in McDonalds and we were shown around the kitchen and freezers (no idea why that was a popular treat!). Unfortunately I got left behind and locked in one of the freezers. Luckily my Mum realised and came to rescue me!
Why do you love your job?: I'm incredibly passionate (and OCD!) about my job and it all comes down to delivering an exceptional service. There is no better feeling than casting the right junior for the right shoot.
Where do you love to go on holiday?: Dubai is an amazing place - I've been several times now as my best friend lived there for 5 years.
What is the funniest thing a child has ever said to you?: A few weeks ago my daughter said "Mumma, your hair is growing black at the top when normally it is all yellow". I pay good money to be "yellow"!

Emma Keal
Producer (joined 1999)

Do you have children?: Yes - Betty who is 6 years old and Hector who is 3.
What is the funniest thing a child has ever said to you?: The other day Betty very excitedly told me that she'd seen a "hop cocker". She meant a woodpecker!!! That really made me laugh. And in the bath tonight when she wouldn't wash her face and I started to tell her I was getting fed up with her, she interrupted me and said "calm down, calm down mummy - I can't keep having this from you". You can tell it's been a trying week when she starts repeating my nags!
Why do you love your job?: I love my job because of the people I work with. The key to production is 100% organisation and teamwork, every member of crew all bringing a different skill to the shoot. I am a born organiser so this is my ideal job and am always so proud when you see the final results.
What did you want to be when you grew up?: I think even as a child I wanted to organise things! I would pretend to file paper and my whole bedroom was always in order. Think I have a bit of an OCD.
Why do you love working with children?: I love how their imaginations run wild, the hilarious things that they say and their innocence - all so refreshing.

Sarah Edmonds
Producer (joined 2015)

Christa Ellis
New Face Recruitment (joined 2014)

Why do you like working with children?: My job is to make sure that all existing children’s photos are updated and to meet and work with new faces. I love watching children grow with confidence in front of the camera. Sometimes I do have to do some strange things to get the little ones relaxed, it is not unusual to hear me singing songs, dancing and doing animal impersonations!
Do you have children?: I have 2 children, Chloe 29 and Tom 20. Also 3 grandchildren - Evie 7, Zac 5 and Brooke 18-months.
Where do you like to go on holiday?: I love to holiday anywhere on the Mediterranean, however my favourite place would be South Africa.
What do you do when you are not at work?: I love catching up with my family and friends, interior design and gardening. The first thing I do when I get through the door in the evening is pour a lovely glass of wine!
Why do you love your job?: I absolutely love my job. No 2 days are the same, I get to meet lots of gorgeous and talented people, work with the most supportive team of girls (and of course Josh).
